Yen is the founder and principal at Aspen Valuations Inc. Yen has over a decade of experience in business and securities valuation and transaction advisory for companies in the US, Canada and the UK. She has valued numerous companies across broad ranging sectors for a variety of purposes including M&A transactions, shareholder buy-outs or buy-ins, immigration, equity-based compensation including 409A valuations, income tax, succession planning and accounting reporting in the areas of purchase price allocation and goodwill impairment testing.
Yen has had extensive experience advising business owners on cashflow projections and cash management. She has worked with numerous businesses to help optimize and monitor their cashflows to maximize the benefits of active cash management.
